Instructional Design and Training Specialist
The Instructional Designer will work on multiple media training content (e-learning, documents, video, audio) to support the Member Education program and current and potential stakeholders with Learning Experience need.
Responsabilities:
- Develop training materials
- Design instructional management systems
- Evaluate new eLearning materials
- Create educational trainings, videos and content
- Design and revamp both new and established learning models
- Implement feedback from program reviews
- Train others on how to deliver learning material




- Research new innovations in both learning design and education.
- Workday Learning Admin
Requirements:
- A degree in Instructional Design, Industrial Design, Marketing or related.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in designs programs
- 3 - 4 years hands-on design experience.
- Basic notion of motion graphics and video editing.
- Some experience in Instructional Design and Education Programs construction.
