Client: Our client is a integral music and entertainment conglomerate headquartered in the US, with offices in over 60 countries. The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing its financial operations, consolidating data, and optimizing processes.
Position overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and help improve existing services and design new ones. The specialist will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and contribute to the delivery of scalable and reliable solutions.
- Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Identify gaps in current workflows and propose enhancements
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagrams
- Facilitate workshops, grooming sessions, and sprint reviews
- Collaborate with product managers,
data teams, and engineers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Contribute to the ongoing development of services responsible for processing and enriching music-related metadata
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on data-centric projects
- Solid understanding of requirements elicitation techniques and process modeling
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably with distributed teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io)
- Experience writing clear and structured documentation, including user stories and use cases
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
