**What You’ll Do**
Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure accurate reporting of financial results in compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable, and manage vendor communications.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on audits, financial planning, and reporting.




- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
**What We're Looking For**
Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**, **Finance**, or a related field.
**2+ years of professional experience** in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of **GAAP** and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with **accounting software** (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
