We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst**with a strong background in Salesforce to join our team.
The role involves supporting a transformative initiative to deploy a GenAI-powered NextGen Digital Assistant on the Salesforce AgentForce platform. This innovative solution aims to enhance engagement and streamline operations for patient
- and HCP-focused websites and call centers.
**Responsibilities**
- Gather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed backlogs for various use cases
- Design Salesforce-based digital assistant solutions to drive business objectives and improve user engagement
- Recommend enhancements to Salesforce systems to improve performance, usability, and functionality
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to define and refine processes for Salesforce integration
- Document workflows, use cases, and requirements to ensure clear communication across teams
- Provide expertise in business analysis to support project planning and successful execution
- Validate and test Salesforce solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
- Deliver insights and recommendations to optimize Salesforce-driven systems
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce solutions
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including Core Clouds, AgentForce, and chatbot capabilities
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered digital assistant tools such as AgentForce, NLP bots, or chatbot integrations
- Familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA and GDPR
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs and automating workflows using tools like Process Builder and Flow
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience preparing business analysis documentation
- Ability to plan and manage business analysis activities and organize related information effectively




- Experience in estimating effort for business analysis tasks and deliverables
- Strong analytical skills to identify business challenges and propose actionable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
