At **Mone Transport**, a leading logistics and freight company, we are committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a **Data & Safety Analyst** to help us optimize our logistics processes while ensuring operational safety through data-driven strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Logistics Analytics_
- Analyze operational KPIs such as delivery times, routing efficiency, fuel consumption, and vehicle performance.
- Create dashboards and reports for real-time and historical data insights.
- Support strategic decision-making through data interpretation and recommendations.
- Work closely with logistics, operations, and dispatch teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Safety Data Analysis_
- Monitor safety metrics: incidents, risk behaviors, geofence alerts, use of safety equipment, etc.
- Identify trends and generate risk reports by route, vehicle, or driver.
- Provide actionable insights to improve safety protocols and prevent incidents.
- Collaborate with the safety department on preventive strategies and compliance monitoring.
**Ideal Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Transportation or related fields.




- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis (preferably in logistics or transportation).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and GPS tracking platforms.
- Desirable: experience with TMS or safety management systems.
