**Position Highlights**
- Wednesday - Sunday 3 PM - 1 AM
- Wednesday - Sunday 11 PM - 9 AM
Paid training is provided upon successful completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage tracking and tracing of assets and carrier networks in real-time
- Record, update, and verify tracking data with precision
- Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate route assignments
- Organize carrier documentation and monitor compliance
- Maintain accurate operational schedules to ensure timely deliveries




- Collaborate with other departments and provide reporting as needed
- Support trailer management operations to ensure efficient equipment utilization
- Assist in bidding on freight loads to support brokerage growth and profitability
- Handle account management tasks to maintain strong carrier and customer relationships
**What You’ll Need**
- Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation tracking
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
