**What You’ll Do**:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (sales, operations, admin, tech, etc.)
- Screen resumes,



conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads
- Continuously improve and streamline the hiring process
- Represent our values and company culture in every interaction
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Spanish, conversational English required
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting with people
