In this opportunity as a Senior Product Manager, you will
**Leadership & Team Management**:
- **Provide strategic leadership and direction for the ExVal organization of ~35 team members**:
- **Directly manage and develop 3 managers, fostering their growth and effectiveness**:
- **Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with TR Ways of Working**:
- **Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies**:
- **Establish clear performance standards and accountability frameworks across all levels**:
**Strategic Operations**:
- **Oversee HS validations and extractions operations across HS, DPS, and Import Export Volumes teams ensuring key metrics of the team are met**:
- **Ensure seamless delivery of trade content including HS codes, duties/charges, prohibitions/restrictions, government agencies, and customs rulings**:
- **Drive operational efficiency and process optimization initiatives**:
- **Establish and monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements**:
- **Lead strategic planning and resource allocation decisions**:
**Stakeholder Management**:
- **Partner with senior leadership across business units to align ExVal services with organizational objectives**:




- **Manage relationships with internal customers and external partners**:

- **Ensure exceptional accuracy and quality standards across all ExVal deliverables**:

- **Identify growth opportunities and expansion areas for ExVal services**:

**About You**
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred**:
- **10+ years of progressive leadership experience in trade operations, data analysis, or related field**:
- **5+ years of management experience with responsibility for large teams (15+ people)**:
- **Deep understanding of Harmonized System (HS) codes, customs regulations, and international trade compliance**:




- **Proven track record of managing complex operations across multiple business units**:
- **Strong financial acumen with P&L; responsibility experience preferred**:
