As a **Customer Care Representative**, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, providing assistance, solutions, and memorable experiences that reflect the value of our brand. We are looking for passionate individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset focused on empathy and quality service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to account inquiries, transactions, card benefits, payments, and general support.
- Deliver accurate, empathetic, and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction or recommend relevant products/services.
- Meet or exceed quality standards, response time goals, and other performance metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in internal systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer cases efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge, procedures,



and tools.
**Qualifications**:
- English C1/NATIVE
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in call centers or financial services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (Intermediate to advanced English may be required depending on the position).
- Strong customer focus, empathy, and results orientation.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to work a fix schedule between 6AM-12PM
