**JOB PURPOSE**
Responsible to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to improve employee skills, productivity, and performance, supporting organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Develop, design, and deliver training programs tailored to organizational and departmental needs.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.
- Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and one-on-one training sessions when necessar
- Collaborate on onboarding processes for new hires and ensure seamless orientation programs.
- Introduce and leverage technology-based learning tools such as e-learning platforms, webinars, and apps.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development within departments.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- English 80%




- 3-5 years of experience in employee training or development, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Previous experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise trainers and trainees effectively.
