Because Teva is a private members club, our role is not simply to sell memberships to everyone. Our goal is to identify individuals who are a strong fit for the community and introduce them to the Teva experience.
We are looking for someone who genuinely believes in the lifestyle we promote at Teva and enjoys introducing the right people to an environment designed for wellbeing and high performance.
This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys building relationships in the real world, opening doors, and creating opportunities rather than simply waiting for leads to arrive.
This is not a desk-based sales role.



The right person will enjoy building relationships across the Polanco business community and introducing the right individuals to the Teva experience.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Actively generate new membership opportunities beyond social media inquiries. This role requires someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and opening doors.
Develop relationships with nearby corporate offices, embassies, luxury hotels, residential buildings, and professional networks in Polanco. Identify individuals who would be a strong fit for the Teva community and introduce them to the club.
Create strategic alliances and referral relationships that consistently generate high-quality membership opportunities.
Represent the Teva brand professionally in the local business and professional community.
Membership Sales
Guide potential members through the discovery process and present membership options in a professional and personalized way.
Conduct private tours of the club and help prospect
