We are seeking a **Villa & Product Specialist** to join our Homeowners & Commercial Division — a role that blends sales, property content management, and strategic partnerships with travel agencies. We are looking for an experienced person in OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO) and PMS platforms like Guesty. This role ensures our listings are high-quality, competitive, and performing at their best across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales, Reservations & Client Relations**
- Respond to inquiries from travel agents and manage VEHM’s WhatsApp communications.
- Provide rate details, booking terms, and personalized follow-ups with guests and agents to encourage repeat bookings.
**Property Listings & Digital Platforms**_**(Guesty, OTAs, VEHM Website)**_
- Write, format, and approve property descriptions.
- Ensure consistent listings across Airbnb, VRBO, VEHM website, and partner agency platforms.
- Upload and update listings (photos, amenities, descriptions, pricing).
- Troubleshoot synchronization errors, restrictions, or visibility issues.
- Coordinate Matterport scans, Airbnb inspections, and professional photoshoots.
- Maintain accuracy of all property information.
**Rates, Agencies & Promotions**_**(The Source, Nines, Hostfully)**_
- Update seasonal rate sheets and availability summaries.
- Send rate updates and promotions to agencies and travel partners.
- Coordinate with marketing on campaign materials and special offers.
**Market Research & Strategy**
- Conduct market analysis on Punta Mita communities and competitor properties.
- Share insights to improve listing performance and pricing strategy.




**Influencer & Collaboration Management**_**(in coordination with Marketing)**_
- Identify and secure influencer partnerships aligned with VEHM’s brand.
- Draft and finalize influencer contracts (including Spanish translations if needed).
- Coordinate pre-arrival details with the concierge team.
- Track deliverables, usage rights, and content performance.
**Administration, Brand Consistency & Internal Support**_**(DocuSign, Monday CRM)**_
- Support contracts for guests, influencers, and agency partners.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and owner reviews.
- Ensure brand consistency across all guest-facing and internal materials.
- Curate visual content, plan shoots, and define VEHM’s digital presentation.
- Create SOPs and internal guides for influencer and agency collaborations.
- Assist property managers with operational needs outside Luxury Punta Mita portfolio.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel.
- Experience working with companies like airbnb, expedia, VRBO or similar is appreciated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish).
- Experience with OTA platforms, reservations, or property content management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with remote tools and cross-functional teams.
