**What You Will Do**:
Leads and manages dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales & service capability.




- Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
- Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
- Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
- Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
- The position leads product problem management, develops dealer post-sale customer contact strategy and manages warranty/goodwill administration. Regularly interface with dealers and customers to minimize the commercial impact of customer complaints, ensuring customers receive fair-value and promoting additional customer touch points and future sales. Focus on complaint velocity and problem resolution in all work streams.

Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
**Relationship Management**: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
**Business Development with Value-Based Selling Focus**:Ability to identify and pursue strategic business growth opportunities through the use of tools, techniques, and business development approaches. Proficient in value-based selling principles and practices, with a focus on delivering differentiated, customer-centric solutions. Skilled in positioning products, technologies, and services to align with clearly understood client needs, enhancing the organization’s overall value proposition.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, key issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters.
Knowledge of the Caterpillar product line or the same Construction and Machinery segment.
English and Spanish Advanced

Work location is the Mexico City
The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% mainly in assigned territory.
