This position reports to Engineering Manager of Wholesale CRM.

- A bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Salesforce Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud customizations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, foster shared understanding
- Presentation and business writing coupled with a strong interest in further designing, developing and integrating business operations and technology.
- Good Knowledge of
- Designing complex Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce flows, entry-criteria/profiles, and data migrations
- General MC API knowledge of both SOAP and REST calls
- Data and Reporting
- Experience in leading requirements elicitation sessions, product demos
- Experience in documenting business requirements
- Experience in quality management reviews of design, prototypes, and other requirements work products.
- Experience in translating business requirements and use cases into test conditions.
- Strong proficiency in Jira for agile project management,
including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting
- Understanding of GCP services, API interfaces, and interaction, CICD pipeline is preferred.
- Knowledge of User interface tools like AEM is preferred.
- Salesforce Certifications preferred
- Analyze business requirements related to Salesforce CRM domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
