The **Part Time Costumer Service Representative** position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**:
- Document and update customer information in proprietary CRM systems
- Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions
- Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealer-clients
- Exhibit excellent judgment and discretion with complex consumer finance scenarios and consumer information
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding dialogue and active listening skills
- Positive attitude and strong phone presence
- Follow defined business processes within company and sponsor guidelines




- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year call center or customer service experience
- Conversational English level required
