**About OneImaging**
OneImaging is a national radiology care navigation benefit supporting large self-funded employers, TPAs, and patients with transparent, high-quality, and cost-effective imaging options. We are rapidly growing our provider network and need detail-oriented researchers to help us collect and analyze key market data from imaging providers.
**Position Summary**
We are seeking **Provider Market Researchers** to contact and research imaging providers across the United States and gather impactful data to support provider network operations and contracting efforts. This role is critical to our ability to benchmark market rates, assess service availability, and identify opportunities for expanding our network relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Provider Outreach & Engagement**
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while building rapport with provider staff.
**Procedure & Service Data Collection**
- Gather data on the most commonly ordered exams across MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Mammography modalities.
- Capture key service details including availability, turnaround times, and any special requirements.
**Data Accuracy & Documentation**
- Record all findings in OneImaging’s database.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of data to support decision-making.
**Quality & Compliance**




- Follow established research methodology and data collection guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Adhere to all applicable privacy and compliance standards.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English) and a professional phone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable conducting high volume outreach calls (50-100+ per day) and gathering structured data.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate data entry and tracking.
- Basic familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic imaging modalities.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM systems.
**Preferred Experience**
- Healthcare, market research, or provider relations experience.
- Familiarity with CPT codes and medical billing practices.
- Call center, scheduling, or provider outreach background.
**Performance Metrics**
- Accuracy and completeness of collected data.
- Number of providers successfully contacted per week.
- Timely delivery of data to the OneImaging team.
**Hours & Compensation**:
- **$1000 USD/MO**:paid biweekly in USD or Pesos (your choice)
- **Adaptable Schedule**:Monday - Friday: 8 working hours per day. Specific hours TBD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12-36 months
Pay: From $18,662.15 per month
