- Responsibilities: Develop detailed test artifacts, including test cases, scripts, and conditions, covering all aspects of testing
- Perform different types of testing such as functional, system, integration, regression, and API testing
- Analyze test results to assess quality and identify potential improvements
- Detect, log, and track bugs using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality results
- Provide guidance and training to team members on testing methods, QA tools, and best practices
- Ensure all deliverables comply with functional requirements and QA standards
- Participate in planning meetings, stand-ups, and demos to align testing activities with project goals
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL queries, XML/JSON, and Splunk for analysis, reporting, and debugging
- Handle additional QA tasks assigned by management, showing flexibility and adaptability
- Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in QA testing, including test planning, execution, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology with direct project experience
- Proficiency with bug tracking and source control tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database validation
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams with effective communication and collaboration
- Nice to have: Familiarity with testing GDS, APIs, or reservation systems
- Experience with load testing tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Advanced use of QA and reporting tools such as Confluence, Splunk, XML/JSON analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and suggesting improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders
