**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Source, engage, and attract top software engineering talent through online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand project needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the tech or consulting industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Passion for connecting with people and helping them grow their careers.
