Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
- Reporting to the Senior Director Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
- What a typical day looks like:
- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program,



staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Requires experience in simila position management or related area.
- Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
- Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English.
