**About the Role**
Ilnia is seeking a **tech-savvy Project Manager / Implementation Specialist** to lead projects from planning to execution while ensuring smooth implementation of tools, processes, and reporting systems. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Oversee system and process implementations, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business needs.
- Build and analyze **spreadsheets** (formulas, pivot tables, graphs) to track performance and KPIs.
- Create clear, actionable **reports and dashboards** in Power BI or Tableau.
- Support CRM activities with basic **HubSpot** knowledge.
- Use **Asana** for task and project management, and **Slack** for team communication.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth adoption of systems and workflows.
- (Optional)



Contribute **design knowledge** for reporting dashboards, presentations, or client-facing deliverables.
- (Nice to have) Run simple queries in **SQL** to support reporting needs.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **project management and/or implementation**.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
- Strong reporting skills (Power BI or Tableau).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, and Slack.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
