Software Engineer
About the Role
Cincinnati AI is seeking motivated and adaptable Software Engineers who are excited to grow their careers as consultants. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering software solutions to some of the largest banking and retail companies in the United States.
The position begins with an intensive training program at our headquarters, where you will refine your technical expertise and build consulting skills tailored to our clients’ needs. After training, you will join one of our client teams, working directly on impactful projects as a consultant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in intensive training at our HQ to strengthen technical and consulting skills.
- Collaborate with client teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Adapt to different project environments and technologies based on client needs.
- Analyze problems, propose solutions, and contribute to best practices.




- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent English communications.
- Strong foundation in software development (Java, Python, C#, or similar languages).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in consulting and working with diverse industries and teams.
