Social Media Specialist - Virtual Professional (VP)

**What You’ll Own**
We’re looking for a skilled social media professional who can **grow and manage the organic presence of trades-based businesses** across multiple platforms. You’ll create scroll-stopping content, repurpose field footage, and engage with communities to generate qualified leads.
**A. Primary Functions**
- Manage **daily content publishing** (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest).
- Maintain a **30-day calendar** in Notion.
- Repurpose field footage into 3-4 Reels/Shorts weekly + 1 LinkedIn post.
- Respond to messages within a **2-hour SLA**.
- Build **SOPs** for scalable content sourcing.
- Report analytics + testing insights monthly.

- Notion (calendar + reporting)
- FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Nextdoor, Pinterest
- CRM (PipeDrive or similar for lead escalation)

- 12-15 organic leads per week.
- Reels avg. watch time ≥ 35%.
- IG + FB engagement ≥ 5%.
- 95%+ content calendar adherence.
- SLA: ≥ 90% inquiries within 2 hrs.
**D. Support Task Delegation**
- Simple edits/resizing offloaded to junior VPs.
- You focus on **strategy + engagement**.
