Execute effective planning and purchasing of Donaldson finished goods for distribution centers using Oracle, BI, ASCP, and Arkeiva. Ensure customer demand is met per service level agreements while optimizing inventory to achieve target turns. Adjust forecasts as needed, follow general planning standards, and manage material arrivals by expediting or delaying based on demand. Track shipments, open orders, and backorders, and collaborate with plants and customer service to fulfill customer requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- To place purchase orders and Internal requisitions with suppliers and mfg plants promptly to ensure stock availability and on-time delivery using ASCP and other tools. In addition, to follow up on transit shipments until arrival at our warehouse, expediting orders if necessary.
- Correct planning and analysis of the PO released to Suppliers to avoid excess inventory and to execute rescheduled orders, reschedule in, and cancelations with the supplier as needed according to the demand.




- To analyze Excess and Obsolete inventory to determine causes and take actions with other team members to reduce the E&O; amount.
- To complete and maintain parameters of their items in Oracle such as Lead time, MOQ, sourcing rule, etc.to ensure a correct planning process.
- To update their past due dates according to the supplier comments to keep the end customers posted about their orders.
- Coordinate and execute projects related to change of sources and point of manufacture to accomplish a smooth transition.
- Follows and teaches the corporate guidelines on health, safety, and environment by example.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in similar positions.
- Excel, planning concepts (ABC, lead times, Safety stock, MRP, etc).
- English intermediate (Speak, Read and Write).

- Oracle R12
- Analysis capacity.
