About the Role:
- Provide **in-class support** to teachers and pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (or KS3/KS4 if secondary).
- Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, supporting both whole class and small group learning.
- Offer tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEND.
- Help maintain a safe,

- Work flexibly across year groups and departments depending on cover needs.
About You:
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with staff and pupils.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Availability at short notice is highly desirable.
