**About the role**:
We’re looking for a **Mandarin-speaking Commercial Lead** to oversee and scale our local sales operations. You’ll manage both telesales and on-the-ground promotion teams, ensuring sales goals are met while coordinating directly with the headquarters in Asia.
This is a dynamic, leadership-focused position for someone who thrives in fast-moving, multicultural environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise teams, setting clear targets and coaching for success.
- Develop, execute, and optimize sales and promotion strategies.
- Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rates, call performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance local growth initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with headquarters to align local execution with global strategy.
- Track results, analyze performance data,



and recommend continuous improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related areas.
- Minimum **6 years of experience in sales or commercial management**, preferably in fintech, consumer finance, or tech-driven industries.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving ambitious goals.
- **Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish (spoken and written)** - essential for cross-team coordination.
- Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate.
