We’re looking for a **Bilingual Business Development Manager (Mandarin - Spanish)** to support our business expansion in Mexico. This person will play a key role in **identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving local business strategies**, while maintaining close communication with headquarters in Asia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Support negotiations and structure collaboration agreements.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between local operations and HQ strategy.
- Prepare reports and business insights for senior management.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the local and international teams.
- Research and analyze the Mexican fintech and financial services landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.




- Minimum **6 years of experience** in business development, partnerships, or strategic expansion.
- Strong understanding of the **Mexican fintech or technology sector.**:
- **Fluent in Mandarin and Spanish** (spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and results orientation.
- Based in Mexico City or open to relocation.
