What will you do?




- Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and dispatch of finished products for domestic and international shipment, complying with quality standards, customs regulations, and logistics requirements established by the company and destination countries.
- Pack products according to type
- Verify and classify goods according to shipping instructions.
- Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with transport and logistics safety standards.
- Track and record incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, logistics operators, and couriers.
- Supervise the correct use of packing materials.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order status.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area following safety protocols.Perform packaging of products according to technical specifications and international standards.
- Verify the integrity of finished products before packaging and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Select appropriate packaging materials for export (treated pallets, durable packaging, moisture protection, etc.).
- Label all packages clearly with information, barcodes, warnings, and markings required by international regulations.




- Prepare logistics and customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin).
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international carriers for timely shipment.
- Track international shipments and manage incidents such as delays, damages, or missing documents.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and export departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Maintain inventory control of packaging materials and optimize usage.
- Comply with industrial safety standards and international trade regulations (Incoterms, CTPAT/ OEM).
- Participate in internal and external audits related to export and logistics processes."
What you need to make real what matters?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations or distribution centers.
- Knowledge of packing techniques, product protection, and labeling.
- Experience using shipping platforms and logistics software.
- Ability to use scanners, label printers, and WMS/ERP systems (preferred).
- Physically able to handle moderate loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and ability to meet daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of transport regulations and workplace safety.
- Availability for shift work and extended hours when needed.
- Logistics or warehouse handling certifications.
