- As part of the continued growth that Teltonika is experiencing, we are looking for an ambitious and committed **HR Generalist** to join our **Mexico office** to help us to create and execute our people strategy. **In this role, you will**:
**Administrative and Operational HR Management**
- **Manage the complete employee lifecycle**: This includes handling contracts, leaves of absence, sick days, preparing documents, and organizing signing processes.
- **Maintain personnel information**: Input and manage employee data within the HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- **Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes**: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, including background checks and access management.
- **Manage office resources**: Oversee supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- **Ensure regulatory compliance**: Guarantee adherence to local labor laws (legal regulations) and internal company policies. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- **Work closely** and cooperate daily with local and **HQ managers and employees**.
- **Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource activities** including but not limited to leave and disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations, disciplinary meetings if necessary; terminations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; employee suggestions for office improvement; conduct exit interviews and prepare insights for constant improvement.
**Organizational Development and Culture**
- **Improve organizational climate and culture**: Design and implement strategies to improve the organizational climate and corporate culture.
- **Promote communication and engagement**: Foster employee well-being and active participation.
- **Drive change and continuous improvement**: Promote organizational change and continuous improvement projects.
- **Conduct work environment surveys** and coordinate improvement actions.
**Talent and Performance Management**
- **Handle full-cycle recruitment**: From attracting talent to the final hiring stage.
- **Identify training and development needs**: Coordinate training programs and manage career and succession plans.
- **Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems**: Generate metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- **Conduct workplace environment surveys and exit interviews**: Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**HR Matters and Analytics**
- **Administer disciplinary matters and terminations**: Manage these processes in accordance with company policies.
- **Promote occupational health and safety**: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Establish and analyze HR KPIs**: Use data to propose strategic improvements in talent management.
**What we expect of you**:
- Good English language skills (both spoken and written). Note, that CV is required in English.
- Have a solid understanding of local labor laws & legislation.
- Have at least 2+ years of similar work experience in managing full employee life cycle.
- Have at least 1+ years of experience and successful track record in recruitment & headhunting.
- Can work independently in a dynamic, fast, results-oriented environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to work with different people.
