Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Managing, preparing, acquisition & interpreting the samples (raw materials) for PRT and RMAC samples utilizing GCMS, etc.
- Reporting the results from timely preparation of monthly reports.
- Regression and acceptance testing cycle experience.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Food Engineer/ Food Chemistry
- +1 year of experience in an sensory lab.
- Intermediate Engilsh level (preferred)
- Proficient In all computer systems such as SAP, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge in sensory discriminative test
- Knowledge on GLP, GMP, safety, food safety principles.
- Medium sensory experience with flavors and raw materials: liquids, powders,



emulsions & dryers.
- Knowledge & Experience in Quality Control with a total understanding of sensory decisions.
- Knowledge of HACCP Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points, familiar with the allergen's declaration process.
