**Resumen**
Job Objective: Lead and oversee all plant operations in an automotive manufacturing environment, ensuring production goals, quality standards, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives are met in alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.
**Tareas y responsabilidades**
Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations in production, maintenance, logistics, quality, and EHS. - Ensure production schedules are met on time and according to customer requirements (OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2). - Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. - Ensure compliance with quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc. - Develop and control the plant’s operational budget. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, scrap rates, delivery performance, downtime, etc.



- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits. - Recruit, develop, and mentor cross-functional teams including engineers, supervisors, and operators. - Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork throughout the organization.
**Estudios / Formación**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA or master’s degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in the automotive sector, with 5+ years in executive roles. - Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, finance, HR, and customer relationship management. - Strategic thinking, high-level decision-making, and leadership capabilities. - Advanced English
