Currently, we are seeking for a **Senior** **Infrastructure Operations Engineer**to join one of our clients' projects(USA), focusing on developing solutions to facilitate rapid scalability in solar energy.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deploy, manage, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and security systems.
- Configure and optimize servers, switches, routers, and other network hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and availability to ensure the highest levels of uptime and system reliability.
- Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Azure technologies, networking and Microsoft EntraID
- Develop and maintain procedures for system backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
- Manage and support virtualization environments, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
- Work closely with development and support teams to ensure that system changes are implemented correctly.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate problems as necessary.




- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
- Strong experience in deploying and managing Windows and Linux servers.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining security systems, such as Palo Alto firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
