**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, expense reimbursement, and general ledger entries.
- Assist with tax declarations and ensure compliance with local tax requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Cooperate with internal and external audits.
- Communicate effectively with both local and headquarters teams to improve financial processes.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements / Requisitos**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.




- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or tax; experience in manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player.
