**We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a background as a TikTok Content Strategist and/or experience in startups, the tech industry, or content agencies. Someone deeply passionate about TikTok and its ecosystem, with a proven track record of developing and executing organic growth strategies for new accounts—from ideation to full implementation.**
This role combines planning, creative team management, performance analysis, and strategic vision to incubate and scale content with high viral potential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the end-to-end incubation and growth of new TikTok accounts, driving both audience development and GMV performance from scratch.
- Propose and execute strategic and creative content plans in close collaboration with our content creators.
- Monitor key TikTok metrics (views, retention, engagement, CTR, etc.) and translate them into actionable decisions.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends and emerging viral content to identify and seize opportunities that boost content virality and drive stronger account performance.
- Own SEO-driven copywriting, crafting engaging hooks and tailored content styles for each account—striking the right balance between organic traction and high-performing commercial content.
- Develop performance and growth strategy reports to guide decision-making and optimize account outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in content or creative agencies, startups,



or brand teams—managing commercial social media accounts in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok: account management (account content strategy; account follower growth); content sense (know what SV attract viewers & followers), how it works, its audiences, algorithm, trends, content guidelines, ecosystem etc.
- Ability to analyze and present content performance metrics.
- Basic proficiency with tools like CapCut, Excel, and Word.
- Experience managing creative teams or working with creators.
- Ability to review and propose effective copy and viral storytelling.
