**More about the role**:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Continuous Improvement Expert in Mexico with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, is the world leader in lighting.
- Understand key stakeholders’ expectations, needs, strategy in assigned cluster/region/division/function.
- Develop and continuously updates CI/LEAN roadmaps & deployment planning to address business critical issues/opportunities and operational/organizational challenges defined by strategy deployment.
- Support the execution of the LEAN deployment plan translating E2E customer value chain objectives.
- Partner and coach with market/business/functional leaders, ensure they deliver on their CI/LEAN roadmaps.
- Assess entities against Operational Excellence based on LEAN Manuf/Office Deployment model (MDM/ODM).
- Support Markets in nomination of new CI/LEAN Experts and coaches them towards successful certification.




- Support CI Champions in Markets to ensure CI capabilities are being built and measured on all levels.
- Monitor the progress of CI capability maturity in assigned cluster/region/division/function.
- Lead a best practice sharing process capturing and transferring knowledge across the organization.
- Team up with members of LEAN community to ensure an active LEAN deployment program.
- Support delivery of practitioner & expert training as part of the modular LEAN learning framework
