We are hiring a **Sales Development Manager** in Monterrey!
We’re looking for a hunter profile who thrives on building outbound strategies, developing new business with US-based clients, and leading outbound initiatives for our BPO services across industries such as Legal, Tech Support, and Healthcare.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to attract new clients in the US.
- Lead and mentor a small SDR team to meet outreach and conversion goals.
- Manage prospecting efforts, track KPIs, and report performance insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a strong understanding of BPO industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- 3-6+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Sales Management roles.
- Proven success in outbound B2B sales or business development.
- Experience selling to US clients is required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher).
