**Senior Production Supervisor**
Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and within established quality and safety standards. The Production Supervisor, through effective leadership, promotes integration among service departments, driving productivity and competitiveness as an integral part of continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- **English proficiency required.**:
- 5 years of experience leading work teams.
- Experience in labor dispute management.
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
- Experience with IATF standards (preferred).
- Experience in handling audits and visits.
- Experience in process implementation.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodology.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead daily Gemba Walk meetings.
- Coordinate production employees and service department personnel on the line and at the machines to meet objectives.
- Ensure that operators meet the established production rate and complete the hourly daily report.
- Verify that the checklist for each machine is reviewed and signed daily.




- Ensure that materials are confirmed in the ERP system.
- Guarantee proper material identification.
- Complete all required records and documentation, especially production reports.
- Prepare and submit daily reports.
- Manage the SAP production system: coordinate production transactions, generate weekly reports, and prepare monthly closing reports in SAP.
- Responsible for meeting production KPIs.
- Support compliance with quality KPIs.
- Support compliance with safety KPIs.
- Support the achievement of turnover and absenteeism KPIs.
- Participate in team problem-solving as part of the department’s continuous improvement process.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (rotating day and night shifts)
