Job Objective

Management of a group ("Assembly Worker") and active support to ensure value-adding activities (in particular continuous improvement) in production in accordance with company rules and guidelines or instructions.

Demanding and adhering to standards for manufacturing processes, if necessary, escalation in the event of deviations (e.g. quality problems) in accordance with company regulations.

Carrying out the assigned tasks taking into account the specified work procedures / equipment to be applied as well as the optimum achievement of the selected key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance with the specified standards.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Promoting team development and cooperation partners in contact with other departments and groups.
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
- Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks.




- Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands.
- Organizing and moderating workshops of the groups.
- Implementation of measures to maintain health and safety at work in accordance with company and statutory regulations.
- Depending on the task assigned, indirect organizational and production-supporting tasks such as data acquisition, logistics, quality, control, armament and repair may be performed.
- Support of the group in root cause analysis.
- Cooperation with responsible departments (after consultation with the superior) in the realization of agreed production targets in the area of responsibility with regard to safety, quality, costs, deadlines, service and cooperation (S-Q-K-T-S-Z).
- Performance of operational tasks, e.g. simple assembly work, simple set-up and adjustment work in accordance with prescribed standards, guidelines and instructions.
