Conduct phone pre-screenings.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting related to TA.
- Job Board postings such as: OCC, University Job Boards, etc.
- Support in job fair logistics and recruitment events.
- Support administrative tasks related to learning & development.
- Proof reading content, translations & presentation design.
- Support the development, design, and quality control of training content.
- Assist the creation and update of learning materials such as presentations, e learning, and job aids.
- Support instructional design projects by partnering with team members and incorporating feedback.
- Follow established standards to ensure learning content is accurate, organized, and visually consistent.
- Assigned Project: Improve the GM Financial overall internship experience.
- Active student in bachelors such as: Psychology, HR, Administration, Engineering or related.
- English & Spanish proficiency (both written & verbal).
- Availability for at least 35 hours per week (7 hours per day).
- Communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Visual design Skills (to create presentations / reports).
- Academic knowledge of learning theories and instructional curriculum.
- Open to learning and developing skills.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Background experience HR, recruiting, learning or administrative activities is a plus.
- A creative mind and the ability to collaborate, brainstorm, and bring creative ideas!
