About the Role
You will call U.S. homeowners and set **qualified, confirmed appointments**.
This is not robotic script reading. We’re looking for someone who can:
- Speak clearly and confidently
- Sound enthusiastic without being pushy
- Build rapport quickly
- Keep conversations moving naturally
**No boring calls. No low energy.**
English Requirement (Very Important)
- **Fluent, natural spoken English**:




- Clear pronunciation and confident tone
- Must sound professional and engaging to American homeowners
- Strong conversational flow required
Technical & Workspace Requirements
- Fast, reliable computer (no lag)
- High-speed internet (25 Mbps+ preferred)
- Quality noise-canceling headset
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Comfortable using dialers, Google Docs, and CRM tools, EXCEL, WORD, TECH SAAVY
Reliability Matters
- Must be on time and dependable every day
- Available consistently during scheduled hours
- Professional, focused, and coachable
- Long-term availability strongly preferred
