The Maintenance Technician is responsible to tester improve line implementations, performing repeatability studies, liaison between R&D; and factory, integration of test systems for the new product, software and hardware debugging, test time reductions and competence development of Operations personnel.
**Responsibilities**
- Complete preventive maintenance programs for Wave Solder machines to maintain machine functionality
- Responsible for monitoring Maintenance KPIs such as Down time, OEE, MTBF - MTTR - OEE - Uptime and % of Maintenance are complying.
- Responsible to monitor machines performance, run profiles, maintain spare part stock
- Propose preventive maintenance improvements to reduce reliability issues.
- Participate in the planning and execution of the annual preventive maintenance plan for wave solder and Selective solder machines.
- Production support and troubleshooting by identifying production issues and working with operators and technicians to improve workflow and minimize downtime.
- Provide support in the launches or transfers of products and manufacturing processes,



ensuring correct installation of the equipment.
- Participate on install and maintain manufacturing equipment such as wave soldering and automated soldering robots, selective solder machines, router, conformal machines.
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company
- Technical career in industrial maintenance, industrial electromechanics, mechatronics or similar
- Knowledge about wave soldering machines Vectra, Selective solder machines ERSA
- Knowledge about automatic soldering robot, router, conformal coating machines.
- Hands-on experience with static and/or rotating equipment and attended major overhauls for gas processing facilities including pumps, gas compressors, and special purpose steam turbines
