About the Role
We are a growing POS company focused on delivering reliable, secure, and seamless solutions for restaurants and retail businesses. As our customer base expands, we are looking for a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to support and maintain our systems.
This role combines technical support, system monitoring, and implementation tasks. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and performing database-level fixes to ensure high availability and mínimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance using AWS tools and logging frameworks
- Execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data issues in PostgreSQL
- Perform safe fixes in live environments when required
- Assist with system implementations and hardware configurations
- Respond to incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation for recurring issues and technical procedures




**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or System Monitoring
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS (CloudWatch, RDS, S3, EC2)
- Understanding of system networking, logging, and software architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle incidents with mínimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work early morning or late-night shifts when needed
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office per week)
Bonus habilites
- Experience with POS systems or hardware integrations (printers, scanners, payment terminals)
- Familiarity with restaurant or retail environments
- Experience with API troubleshooting
Pay: Up to $20,000.00 per month
