We are looking for a **Senior Client Relationship Manager** to act as the primary liaison between our clients and our Operations & Tech teams. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, fast issue resolution, and long-term client trust.
**Your Mission**
As Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will define, build, and lead Capa’s client engagement strategy.
This is a leadership role, but also a hands-on one.
You will personally manage strategic accounts, own complex client situations, and design the processes, standards, and playbooks that will shape how Capa delivers world-class client experience as we scale.
We are looking for someone sharp, structured, and execution-driven.
**What You’ll Do**
- Build Capa’s Client Relationship / Customer Success function from scratch
- Own and manage relationships with high-impact clients
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Tech)
- Lead end-to-end resolution of operational and technical issues
- Escalate and prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact
- Identify recurring friction points and propose process improvements
- Translate client feedback into product and operational improvements
**What We’re Looking For**




- +3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, or Account Management within fintech, crypto, or cross-border payments
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, with high attention to detail and structured problem-solving
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Able to lead strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
