Are you a builder? We are a growing international technology consulting firm, and following our recent expansion and acquisitions in 2024, we are looking for a strategic **Sales Representative / Coordinator** to lead our operations in the Mexican market.
**The Challenge**
This isn’t just a sales role; it’s an opportunity to build a regional footprint from the ground up. You will be the architect of our commercial processes in Mexico and LATAM, acting as a strategic advisor for high-level B2B clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy**: Design and execute regional sales plans to hit annual growth targets.
- **Execution**: Prospect and open new strategic accounts across Mexico and LATAM.
- **Leadership**: Define market segmentation and build commercial workflows from scratch.




- **Intelligence**: Manage the sales pipeline via **Salesforce** and report directly to senior leadership.
**What We Are Looking For**
- **Experience**: Proven track record in B2B consultative sales (IT Consulting, SaaS, or Custom Solutions).
- **Market Knowledge**: Deep expertise in the Mexican and LATAM business ecosystem.
- **Process Builder**: Someone who thrives in creating systems and processes where none exist.
- **Tech Stack**: Proficiency in **Salesforce**, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
- **Languages**:Advanced English** (mandatory) to collaborate with our international teams.
