We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and supporting sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, availability, shipping, and promotions
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Follow up with potential leads and provide the information needed to support purchasing decisions
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure all details are complete and submitted on time
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales team to support monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally while ensuring timely resolution
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and new product launches
- Share customer feedback, purchasing trends,



and product preferences to help improve sales strategies and customer experience
- Support general administrative and office tasks as needed
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or office administration preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related office-based role preferred
