**Job Summary**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _**_HVAC Facilities Engineer _**_located in _**_Guadalajara, North._**
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the HVAC Facilties Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, diagnosis and optimization of industrial refrigeration systems, with an emphasis on air-cooled, water-cooled chillers and absorption chillers. This role shall ensure operational continuity, energy efficiency and reliability of chilled water plants and associated systems._
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _ Execute, supervise and ensure compliance with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC equipment, such as chillers, pumps, handlers, condensers, package units._
- _ Perform complex fault diagnostics: undercooling, overheating, vacuum losses, electrical faults, cavitation, and hydraulic problems._
- _ Monitor critical operating parameters, such as temperatures, pressures, and energy consumption._
- _ Verify the status and operation of cooling towers, condensers, pumps, heat exchangers,



valves, and controls._
- _ Implement adjustments in control logic, chiller sequencing and operation of hydraulic systems._
- _ Coordinate activities with technicians, contractors and specialized suppliers._
- _ Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards and industrial safety practices._
- _ Participate in internal and external maintenance audits._
**The experience we’re looking to add to our team**:
- _ BA/BS Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or equivalent work experience_
- _ Expertise in industrial HVAC systems._
- _ Verifiable experience in chillers._
- _ Experience with BMS (Building management system)._
- _ Thermodynamics and heat transfer._
- _ Nice to have experience in Chilled water plants, cooling towers, hydraulic pumps, and control systems._
- _ Nice to have handling measuring instruments: pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, energy analyzers, flow meters._
