**What You’ll Do**
- Make **cold and warm calls** to potential customers
- Conduct **data research and accurate data entry**:
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls**:
- Participate in **ongoing training and development**:
- Build and maintain strong **client and customer relationships**
**Monday to Friday (Full-Time)**
Must be available to start shifts between **6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (MT)**
**Role Overview**
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers within a defined area, generating Inspection appointments.You will have daily communication with inspectors to go over the results of the inspections and report to the property managers.You will be generating a hierarchy report of the assigned companies and will be documenting all communication in a CRM and internal trackers
**What We’re Looking For**




- **Fluent English** (C1/C2) - strong **conversational**skills required
- **Bilingual**(English & Spanish)
- **Reliable**computer and headset
- Stable internet connection
- A quiet, professional workspace
**What We Offer**

**After 30 Days**: Meet the goal of **1 Inspection per day** → Earn **$6.00 USD/hour**
**After 90 Days (post-increase)**: Meet the goal of **3 Inspection per day** → Earn **$7.50 USD/hour**
