We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** to join our team in **Monterrey, N.L.**, ideally in a **hybrid work model** (1-2 days in-office).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed about project details, milestones, and progress.
- Manage scope changes to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project-specific risks while supporting the overall operational risk management strategy.
- Monitor project performance and quality to ensure all established standards are met.
- Generate detailed project reports covering progress, challenges, and achievements to complement the Operations Managers overall performance reports.
- Identify and propose process improvements at the project level, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency in coordination with the Operations Manager.
- Maintain detailed and organized project documentation to support operational transparency.
- Organize and lead project-specific meetings,



fostering collaboration and ensuring effective information flow across teams.
**Requirements**:
- **
Minimum 8 years of proven experience** as a **Project Manager** (mandatory).
- **
Bachelors degree** in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **
Advanced English proficiency** (minimum C1 or fluent conversational level).
**Experience**:
- **
8 years of experience** as a Project Manager in IT (mandatory).
- Knowledge of **Tableau**, **databases**, and **SQL**.
- Familiarity with **project management platforms** such as Trello, Monday, or ClickUp.
**Preferred Certifications**:
- **
Scrum Master** certification.
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication (in both English and Spanish).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of **Agile methodologies**.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Assertive and proactive communication style.
