What You Will Do
- Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
- Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
- Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision‑making.
- Assists in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
- Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance,



and inventories, ensuring account requirements are met.
- Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, proactively resolving issues such as shortages and delays.
- Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships.
- Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity, ensuring alignment with business needs.
