**At Outpatient Call Solutions** _**(OCS)**_, we are a call center specialized in the medical field, located in _**Tijuana, Las Torres**_, supporting the back office of OBGYN clinics in California and Arizona.
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others. In this role, you will assist patients with their basic needs, including:
- _**Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.**_
- _**Providing test results with the doctor’s instructions.**_
- **Occasionally contacting other departments to review patient medical records.**

**What We Offer**
Schedule:_**Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**_(WE NEVER WORK ON WEEKENDS!




**Salary**:_**$4,000 MXN NET weekly (after taxes)**_
Food Vouchers:_**$225 MXN NET weekly**_
Savings Fund:_**3% from you + 3% from OCS = 6% total**_
