**About the Role**
We’re looking for driven real estate **Warm-Callers** to help us uncover investment opportunities through our agent-to-agent lead strategy. Unlike traditional cold calling, you’ll be utilizing our HouseTracker foreclosure tracking system to reach out to real estate agents who already have an existing relationship with the homeowner who is in foreclosure—giving you a warmer entry point to re-engage and explore on and off-market possibilities.
This role is idóneo for someone with phone sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, can follow scripts, processes, and a passion for real estate investing. We’ll equip you with scripts, tools, and training—and offer both **a**_**base salary**_ **and**_**commission on every deal**_we secure through your outreach.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Contact real estate agents who previously represented buyers of a specific property utilizing our proprietary HouseTracker system.
- Reference known client details (name and property address) to re-engage agent interest.
- Build rapport,



explain our help-first investment model, and encourage the agent to reconnect with the homeowner.
- Log all activity and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with our acquisitions team to pursue qualified opportunities.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfort following structured scripts and handling objections with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and CRM data tracking.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results driven.
- Sales or calling experience (real estate, solar, timeshares, insurance, etc.) is a big plus.
- Real estate experience is a bonus but _not required_.
**Compensation & Career Path**:
- Base Salary + Commission on Each Closed Deal
- Top performers earn minimum $6,000 to $15,000 pesos per week
- Clear career advancement path into acquisitions or team leadership
- 100% Remote | Full-time 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday PST and weekends if desired
- Paid training, tools, scripts, and coaching provided
